Our international affinity groups
As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, DC Advisory has four international affinity groups – to build connections and shape the future of the business to ensure an equitable experience across our offices, for everyone.
DC ROSE is our international affinity group for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies. The community provides a secure space with support and resources, and a forum for discussion to recommend business changes to senior leadership to maintain an LGBTQIA+ friendly culture.
DC BRIDGE is our international network for ethnic minority employees and allies. The community provides secure space with support and resources, and a forum for discussions around the topics impacting our employees from ethnic minority backgrounds.
DC GOLD is our international women bankers’ network. This is an international networking forum responsible for discussing experiences, and consulting with senior leadership on company policies and procedures, to deliver an equitable DC experience for all.
DC BLU is our international business partners’ network - who play a critical role in the success of our business. The group provides an opportunity to exchange best practice, experiences and ultimately ensure an equitable experience for all DC employees – irrespective of role or remit.
