Our investment in good health and wellbeing is paramount
We strive to create and maintain a business where people are happy and healthy, mentally and physically. As part of our corporate social responsibility we undertake initiatives outside of the organisation to contribute to the wellbeing of the societies in which we operate.
“Our people are our greatest asset, ensuring good health and wellbeing is central to our approach to supporting our people and delivering our purpose. We know happy people are more productive but they also create positive working environments for everyone.”
Our targets
Progress can and should be measured. We have set targets to ensure we constantly review and improve the DC Advisory experience as it relates to good health and wellbeing for our employees.
1. Conduct a comprehensive feedback programme internationally to constantly assess wellbeing
2. Run an annual International Employee Survey and improve our annual employee wellbeing by 10% each year
How we are delivering on our pledge
We focus on mental and physical wellbeing, as well as supporting charitable giving to help make a difference outside our business. Each office defines local wellbeing and delivers initiatives to achieve improved wellbeing.
Physical wellbeing
Promoting physical wellbeing through health care, fitness benefits, and the working environment
Mental wellbeing
Supporting our employees' mental wellbeing through access to a range of services to improve their mental health
Charitable giving
Supporting our employees' local charitable giving, through match funding and volunteering, to improve their wellbeing and investing in the communities we operate in
