Dan brings more than 30 years’ experience advising clients on $40bn+ of M&A transaction volume. Notable clients include SGS, Element Materials Technology, EAG, Jacobs Solutions, Dar Group, WSP Global, PSC Group, Republic Services, EMCOR Group, TTM Technologies and CWT.
Prior to Rothschild & Co, Dan held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, RBC Capital Markets and Credit Suisse (DLJ).
