The Vault's 2024 Banking Rankings – a comprehensive guide to the best investment banks to work for in North America - surveys over 2300 investment bankers from 81 firms to rank North American investment banks’ prestige, culture, compensation, work-life balance, training and diversity.  

This year, DC Advisory climbed the ranks in several categories, placing fourth in international opportunities, and appearing within the top 15 for work/life balance (#11), ESG practices (#11), formal training (#11) and client interaction (#12)The firm also outperformed competitors in the diversity category, ranking 9th for LGBTQ+ diversity, 10th for gender diversity and 12th for racial & ethnic diversity
