Advantage Partners - a leading private equity investment firm in Japan - sold its shares in YARUKI Switch Group Holdings - a Japanese educational service provider - to TBS Holdings - a Japanese media and broadcasting holding company.
Following the acquisition, the addition of TBS Holdings' customer base, creative and content production capabilities will enable YARUKI Switch Group Holdings to explore and create new educational business opportunities.

Gallant Capital Partners – a US-based private equity firm - invested in DynTek – a US-based professional IT services, cybersecurity, and risk management organization.
Coinciding with the close of the DynTek transaction, Gallant completed a strategic investment in rSolutions Corporation, a Canadian-based cybersecurity firm and hopes to combine the two companies to create a single leadership structure and investment umbrella to form a leading systems integrator and managed services provider.
