Edward is part of the DC Advisory UK team in the European Capital Advisory Group, with more than 15 years’ investment banking experience.

  • Advising Virtruvian Partners on the acquisition of Sykes Cottages
  • Advising CloserStill Media and Inflexion on sale of CloserStill to Providence Private Equity

Prior to joining DC, Edward worked across origination execution, portfolio management, CLO management and restructuring at both BNP Paribas and RBS. He began his career at PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Phillip Hyman, Infrastructure (UK), Managing Director

Phillip is part of the DC Advisory Infrastructure team based in London, with close to 15 years’ investment banking experience.

  • Advising JPM Asset Management and the management team of Beacon Rail on their successful refinancing and private placement issuance

Endong is part of the Asia Access team based in London – leading China related deal originations & executions across DC Advisory. Endong was among the earliest China cross border M&A deal makers, with more than 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Advising The Scottish Salmon Company on the strategic review and subsequent public takeover by Bakkafrost
  • Advising Clivet on its sale to Midea

Endong holds a PhD in Manufacturing and Engineering from Cambridge University.

Moritz is part of the German DC Advisory team based in Frankfurt, with more than 13 years’ investment banking experience, predominantly focused in the Infrastructure sector.

  • Advising Basalt Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of bn:t Blatzheim Networks Telecom and SOCO Network Solutions
  • Advising VINCI Energies on the acquisition of Horlemann Group
