I have 15 years of M&A experience in the Financial Services sector. Prior to joining DC, I led PwC’s M&A advisory services to clients in the Asset & Wealth Management and Insurance sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Director with Wachovia Securities’ Defense, Aerospace & Technology Services Investment Banking Group.
Several notable transactions include advising Janus Global Operations on its sale to DC Capital, Sotera on its sale to KEYW, Salient CRGT in its acquisition of Information Innovators, DMI on its acquisition of Lochbridge, Scitor on its sale to SAIC, Stanley on its sale to CGI Group, Kratos on its acquisition of Composite Engineering and SI International on its sale to Serco Group. Chris also successfully completed a $90 million minority structured equity financing for DMI.
Prior to joining Wachovia Securities, Chris was a Senior Associate at Banc One Capital Markets and a Mechanical Engineer for Raytheon’s Electronic Systems Division in Richardson, Texas.

I joined Daiwa Securities in 2002. I have 10-years of experience in client coverage of the FIG sector. I have been the Head of FIG coverage team since 2016 and I engage in origination and execution for finance and M&A deals of FIG clients.
