Bill has over 30 years of investment banking experience and has completed hundreds of transactions for his clients including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raisings, high yield debt financings and investment grade debt financings.
Prior to DC, Bill was the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Sagent Advisors, which he joined in 2009 as a Managing Director. He was also Head of its Industrial and Automotive Group.
Prior to Sagent, he was a Managing Director in Citigroup’s Industrial Group and Global Co-Head of the Automotive Investment Banking Group. I have c. 20 years experience in investment banking, having started my career at Citigroup in London and New York, before moving to Lehman Brothers in London.
Apart from standard M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, for corporates and financial sponsors, I have developed a particular expertise in Joint Ventures and strategic alliances, most notably between universal banks and specialists in a variety of fields.
Based in Mumbai, Nitin is a Managing Director at DC Advisory India, where he leads the firm’s Enterprise Application Software/SaaS and Education groups. He brings more than 16 years of investment banking and client advisory experience to the firm, with the last ten focused on TMT and Education M&A and private placements. Prior to joining DC Advisory, John was a Partner at Centerview Partners. He joined Centerview in 2012 to expand their restructuring practice.
John has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Centerview, John was a Managing Director and senior member of Miller Buckfire & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on restructuring. Early in his career, John worked in the restructuring group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (predecessor to Miller Buckfire & Co.), as well as the investment banking divisions of Merrill Lynch and Chase Securities Inc.
