I am CEO of DC Advisory Spain. I also head the Corporate Real Estate and Capital Advisory practices in Spain.
I have over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and strategic consultancy. I founded Atlas Capital with my partners in 2000, a successful M&A boutique that was integrated into the British Investment Bank Close Brothers eight years later. I have been working with DC Advisory for the last ten years. During my career I have advised a large number of clients on acquisitions, disposals, capital increases, debt raising and financial restructurings – a total of over 80 completed deals.
After so many years of advising clients I am still impressed of how globalisation and technological change have molded their respective industries which makes our role as advisors even more exciting and challenging. I believe that in my current managerial role I should ensure that our younger team understands this dynamism and works closely with Daiwa and our network partners in providing the best solutions for our clients.

I joined DC Advisory in August 2018 as a Director in the Paris office.
I specialize on the booming infrastructure sector within a team created in 2018 and led by Grégory Roquier and was attracted by the entrepreneurial approach and excellent reputation of DC Advisory in the sector at the moment when it decided to expand its capabilities in Paris. My M&A experience prior to DC Advisory includes a total of 6 years at BNP Paribas in Paris, with a focus on cross-border infrastructure deals during the last 3 years. Some of the notable deals I have worked on include the merger between international power generation giants GDF Suez Energy International and International Power (Belgium/France/UK); disposal of a stake held by Ardian in the Spanish oil products transportation network CLH (Spain/France); and the attribution to Vinci of the concession to operate the Airport of Salvador (France/Brazil).
Having an engineering education background, I also worked for Air Liquide in Russia, where I was in charge of Business Development (green-field and brown-field investments) of Large Industries business line.
I joined DC Advisory in 2014. As a Director, my role involves advising corporates and private equity funds on the execution of both M&A and debt transactions, across a variety of sectors.
In recent years, I have advised on numerous transactions including the sale of Virgin Mobile to Numericable, the sale of oXya to Hitachi Data Systems, the acquisition of Faiveley Transport by Wabtec, the sale of Smile to Eurazeo, the sale of Buffalo Grill to TDR Capital and the sale of Questel to IK Investment Partners.
I really enjoy the varied nature of the transactions that we can be involved in, and I believe our global presence, having a broad international coverage, coupled with the independence of a boutique firm free from all conflicts of interest makes DC unique.
Prior to joining DC, I worked in M&A at Lazard for four years.
I joined DC Advisory (formerly Montalbán in Spain) in 2014. As a Director in the Madrid office, my role involves advising corporates and private equity funds on the execution of both M&A and debt transactions, primarily within the industrials and business services sectors.
I am delighted to have joined DC Advisory, for its focus on global mid-market advisory free of any conflict of interest, its international platform with unique access to Asia and its highly talented team.
Prior to joining DC Advisory, I worked in a private equity fund in Switzerland and in M&A at Deloitte Corporate Finance and BNP Paribas. I hold a degree in business administration and MBA major in finance from ESADE and University of Texas.
