I am the CEO of DC Advisory Spain. I also head the Corporate Real Estate and Capital Advisory practices in Spain.
I have over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and strategic consultancy. I founded Atlas Capital with my partners in 2000, a successful M&A boutique that was integrated into the British Investment Bank Close Brothers eight years later. I have been working with DC Advisory for the last ten years. During my career I have advised a large number of clients on acquisitions, disposals, capital increases, debt raising and financial restructurings – a total of over 80 completed deals.
After so many years of advising clients I am still impressed of how globalisation and technological change have molded their respective industries which makes our role as advisors even more exciting and challenging. I believe that in my current managerial role I should ensure that our younger team understands this dynamism and works closely with Daiwa and our network partners in providing the best solutions for our clients.

I joined DC Advisory in July 2018 as a Director in the Paris office.
Prior to DC Advisory, I worked for four years with Evercore in London, where I focused solely on M&A transactions in the Healthcare sector. Some of the notable deals that I have worked on include: advising Shire on its acquisitions of Baxalta and Dyax, Stada on its sale to Cinven and Bain, BTG on its acquisition of Galil Medical and Horizon Discovery on its acquisition of GE Life Sciences’ subsidiary Dharmacon. I started my career at Société Générale, where I worked with its corporate finance teams in Paris and in London, covering all sectors, with a strong focus on Healthcare and Utilities.
My decision to join DC Advisory was driven by its unique entrepreneurial structure and culture, while boasting an excellent reputation and solid deal flow in mid-market advisory in Europe.
I joined DC Advisory in 2010 and currently serve as Director at the Frankfurt office. I have advised both corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries, including automotive, metals, marine, and especially healthcare and life sciences.
DC Advisory offers advisory capabilities across the globe with a focus on the mid-market and I enjoy working with an international team of dedicated colleagues.
As a Director in the Leisure, Retail & Consumer team in London I am responsible for originating and executing transaction. Prior to DC Advisory I was at EY and prior to that at UBS in the Investment Bank.
I have over 11 years’ experience in the LRC sector, with recent transactions including advising LDC on their acquisition of Neilson Active Holidays, advising Altor on a capital raise for Rossignol to enter the Asian market, and a carve out of British Waterways Marinas from the Canal & River Trust.
I joined DC advisory because of the exceptional platform, it’s global focus, and unparalleled ties to Asia.
I joined DC Advisory in June 2013, mainly being attracted by the high-caliber team and the entrepreneurial mind set of providing unbiased, independent advice to our clients. Furthermore, DC Advisory’s truly global footprint and superior access to Asian corporates provide for exciting cross-border deal flow, unique to the middle market.
As a Director in DC Advisory’s German M&A team, I focus on originating mandates and executing transactions, mainly in the industrials sector. Furthermore, as a Dutch national, I am responsible for the BENELUX relationship management for our Frankfurt office.
Prior to joining DC Advisory, I was at Commerzbank and J.P. Morgan, after I started my career with ABN AMRO/RBS in 2009. I studied International Business Administration, with a master’s degree in Finance & Investments, at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
