Our international affinity groups
As part of our commitment to an authentically inclusive environment, DC Advisory has five international affinity groups:

DC BRIDGE
DC BRIDGE is our international network for ethnic minority employees and allies. The community provides a secure space with support and resources, and a forum for discussions around the topics impacting our employees from ethnic minority backgrounds.
DC ROSE
DC ROSE
Our international affinity group for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies. The community provides a secure space with support and resources, and a forum for discussion to recommend business changes to senior leadership to maintain an LGBTQIA+ friendly culture.
DC BLU
DC BLU
DC BLU is our international business partners’ network - who play a critical role in the success of our business. The group provides an opportunity to exchange best practice, experiences and ultimately ensure an equitable experience for all DC Advisory employees – irrespective of role or remit.
DC OPAL
DC OPAL
DC OPAL aims to build an inclusive international community for our employees from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. It is our international affinity group focused on the acquisition and retention of talent from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

DC GOLD is our international women bankers’ network, providing an opportunity for women across the business to connect, discuss experience and consult with senior leadership on company policies and procedures, to deliver an equitable DC Advisory experience.
