DC Advisory announces partnership with Out in Finance as part of commitment to Inclusion & Diversity
September 28, 2023, London – DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, today announces its partnership with Out in Finance, an LGBTQ+ charity within the financial services industry.
The partnership, facilitated by DC Advisory’s international LGBTQIA+ group, DC ROSE, is part of DC Advisory’s wider commitment to UN Sustainable Development Goal 10: Reducing Inequalities, and the firm’s mission to create an authentically inclusive workplace with reduced barriers to entry. DC Advisory will partner with Out in Finance on a series of internal and external initiatives over the coming year.
Founded in 2019, Out in Finance is a not-for-profit network with over 2,000 members that unites individuals across the finance industry to drive LGBTQIA+ inclusion and equality. The group hosts thought leadership programming, provides networking opportunities, facilitates informal mentoring, and highlights development opportunities for LGBTQIA+ professionals in dedicated finance or finance-adjacent roles.
