DC Advisory bolsters US Financial Sponsors coverage with Yaron Redlich’s appointment as Managing Director

Yaron brings over 20 years of investment banking experience, with proven expertise in sponsor coverage and execution across multiple sectors. His track record includes advising on over 70 transactions, totaling more than $60 billion in value. Notable transactions include: advising Palm Peak on its acquisition of Domaille Engineering and related financing, Clearview Capital on its sale of Nielsen-Kellerman, H.I.G. Capital on its acquisition of Northwest Pump, Turnspire on financing for its acquisition of Pharmachem, and Argonaut Equity on its sale of Crimson Steel.

Most recently, Yaron was Managing Director and Head of Financial Sponsors Group at D.A. Davidson. Yaron previously held senior roles at Nomura, where he led middle-market sponsor coverage, and Jefferies, where he served as Head of Industrials Financial Sponsor Coverage and Group COO.

DC Advisory advised on 184 transactions globally over the past 12 months, including 55 cross-border deals. In the US, these were supported by dedicated product and sector teams, which include: Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Business & Tech-Enabled Services; Consumer, Leisure & Retail; Education; Healthcare; Industrials; Infrastructure; Media & Telecom; Technology & Software; GP Strategic Advisory and Private Capital Markets.
