1 October 2019, London – DC Advisory (DC), a leading corporate finance advisor, today announces the hire of Giuliano Guarino as Managing Director in the new Italian office, covering a variety of sectors and leveraging his extensive M&A, capital raise and restructuring expertise. Giuliano was previously at Lazard as an Executive Director for 12 years and started his career at Mediobanca in Milan. He brings with him credentials in both cross-border and domestic transactions across a variety of sectors, including Industrials and Media, and has worked across significant mid-market Italian M&A, capital raisings and restructuring transactions, advising both corporates and private equity clients. Giuliano’s recent experience includes the Recordati tender offer sponsored by CVC, the acquisition of a mid-cap price comparison business by Mutuionline, and multiple transactions completed by the Feltrinelli Group. This announcement follows the recent opening of DC Advisory Italy in September 2019 led by Alberto Vigo.
