27 October 2020, Paris: DC Advisory (DC), an international investment bank committed to making a difference, has today announced that Maxime Leclercq, formerly of Rothschild & Co, has joined the Paris office as Executive Director.

Maxime joined the 38 strong Paris based team, including seven Managing Directors covering M&A, debt advisory and restructuring.

Maxime brings over 12 years’ experience in Investment Banking across a broad range of sectors, working with both corporate and private equity clients. During his career, Maxime has advised Atland in the integration of all its business in its listed vehicle, Foncière Atland, the Arnault family group on the disposal of Christian Dior Couture to LVMH and its public offer on Christian Dior SE, and also Advent International in the acquisition of Safran Identity & Security and its subsequent merger with Oberthur Technologies.
