DC Advisory Ireland wins ‘Ireland Financial Adviser of the Year’ at the Mergermarket 2025 European M&A Awards
5 December 2025, Dublin – DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, today announces that its Irish team (IBI Corporate Finance) has been recognised as Ireland Financial Adviser of the Year at the Mergermarket 2025 European M&A Awards. This marks the fourth time IBI has received this award – and the second in just three years – underscoring both a long-standing reputation and recent momentum in delivering trusted, independent advice.
The Mergermarket Awards recognize excellence in M&A deals, with winners chosen based on deal volume and quality, and with input from an independent judging panel. Widely regarded as a key benchmark for dealmaking excellence, the awards celebrate firms that demonstrate consistent performance, deep sector expertise, and impactful client advisory.
This recognition reflects a strong year for our Ireland team, supporting sponsors and founders through a rapidly evolving market environment and advising on 15 transactions between October 2024 and September 2025. The transactions spanned six sectors – Consumer, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Media & Telecom, Business & Tech-Enabled Services, and Industrials – highlighting the breadth of expertise for complex, founder-led, corporate, and private equity transactions.
Through a collaborative and hands-on approach, the team supports clients at every stage, from initial strategic advisory through to deal execution and post-transaction integration. This includes crafting bespoke financial structures, conducting rigorous due diligence, and creatively navigating regulatory hurdles to unlock value.
