DC Advisory strengthens global Healthcare practice with hire of Manish Gupta as Managing Director
9 May, Chicago: DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, today announces the hire of former Baird Managing Director Manish Gupta as the US Healthcare lead, based in Chicago.
Gupta joins the firm with over 15 years’ Healthcare / investment banking experience, most recently at Baird where he completed deals such as the sale of Flexan to ILC Dover, Allied 100 to Sarnova, and Collagen Matrix to Linden.
Gupta has extensive experience in M&A, debt, and equity transactions, for clients in branded medical products, medical device contract manufacturing, outsourced clinical services, and specialty distribution sectors.
