DC Advisory strengthens its overall position and achieves ranking in top 10 for a record 9 categories
22 January, 2025, New York – DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, has for a fifth consecutive year been recognized in The Vault’s top investment banks to work for in North America, moving up one position to #14 for 2025 and ranking in the top 15 across an additional 26 quality of life and diversity categories.
This demonstrates the year-on-year progress made by the firm, since it began participating in the annual rankings in 2021. Additionally, over the past year, DC Advisory has strengthened its position across 19 individual categories and ranked in the top 10 for a record nine categories, including international opportunities (2), internal mobility (7), work life balance (8) and overall diversity (10).
The Vault’s annual rankings recognize the best investment banking firms to work for in North America. The rankings are attained from surveying close to 3,000 professionals across 88 banks, who were asked to rate their firms across several categories, including compensation, culture, diversity, international opportunities, work life balance, quality of work and firm leadership.
