DC Advisory wins 'IJ Global European Utility Deal of the Year' Award in the IJGlobal Special Awards Edition 2020
July 13 2020, London: DC Advisory (DC), is delighted to announce winning the IJGlobal European Utility Deal of the year for advising Elenia Heat in its sale to Aberdeen Standard Investments.
The deal was a joint mandate with global partner Danske Bank, and together ran a focused and competitive process with multiple binding bids received within a period of less than 12 weeks from the start of Phase I.
IJ Global celebrate the best-in-class transactions and organisation across the international infrastructure and energy sectors. For deal awards the IJGlobal editorial staff look at deals in each sector and regions, and in consultation with the markets where they are located, pick the winning deals.
We’re delighted that this particular transaction – and our client – has been recognised by IJ Global.
