DC Advisory wins three 'Deal of the Year' awards in the M&A Atlas Awards, Global Markets 2021

• Global M&A Deal of the Year: DC Advisory advised CPA Global on its combination with Clarivate, in a transaction which values CPA at ~$6.8bn
• Consumer Services Deal: DC Advisory advised People Combine (Oakridge Schools) on its partnership with Nord Anglia Education
• Media Deal of the Year: DC Advisory co-advised Ergon Capital and Mediahuis on the sale of Keesing Media Group to BC Partners
