DC Advisory's Global Infrastructure Group strengthens energy transition expertise with senior hire in New York

Jacque joins DC Advisory’s market-leading Global Infrastructure Group, which was created in 2012 in the London office and since that time, the team has grown to over 100 employees across nine offices globally and completed 247 transactions. DC Advisory’s Infrastructure Group now comprises 19 dedicated Infrastructure bankers in the US. Jonathan Paulson, a Director from the London team is also moving to New York to continue to develop the platform alongside Anthony Edwards and Hannah Schofield.  

Jacque brings a decade of experience to the firm, most recently at Scotiabank in the Power & Utilities team, advising on corporate and project M&A, covering renewables and other energy transition verticals. Prior to Scotiabank, Jacque worked at Macquarie Capital. Jacque has advised on notable transactions, including: Harrison Street on its investment into CPV Renewables; Green Street Power Partners on its sale of a majority stake to CVC DIF; Galehead Development on an investment from Macquarie’s Green Investment Group; Climate Adaptive Infrastructure on its investment of additional capital into Intersect Power; and Bluewave on its sale to Axium Infrastructure.
