Greg Melconian to Join Sagent Advisors as a Managing Director and Head of Diversified Industrials

NEW YORK – Sagent Advisors, a leading independent investment banking and advisory firm, announced today that Greg Melconian has joined the firm’s New York office as a Managing Director and Head of Diversified Industrials. Mr. Melconian has over 20 years of investment banking experience providing strategic advice and raising capital for industrial companies and financial sponsors. He has been a leading advisor to both large and mid-cap companies across the industrials sector with particular expertise in capital goods, diversified companies, industrial services, and transportation. Prior to joining Sagent, Mr. Melconian was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Diversified Industrials at BMO Capital Markets in New York.
