BALTIMORE, MD – Signal Hill, a leading investment banking advisory boutique serving the M&A and private capital raising needs of growth companies, is pleased to announce that Prashant Jain has joined the firm as a Director in its Bangalore office. Prashant will join Signal Hill’s healthcare team and build the practice in India, focusing on the cross border and growth capital needs of companies.

Prashant was most recently Director at o3 Capital, a boutique investment firm focused on capital syndication for growth companies. He spent a decade in the healthcare practice at o3 and eventually rose to lead the healthcare practice in 2015. Previously, he worked as an Associate in the debt underwriting team with JP Morgan India Services. He received a post graduate diploma from SP Jain Global Center of Management and a bachelor of commerce from the Bangalore University.
