He joins Signal Hill from Jefferies, where he served as Deputy Head of Hospitals & Health Systems M&A investment banking. Prior to Jefferies he served as a Director in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group of the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. / Citigroup. Mr. Chiang holds finance and biochemistry degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
