Two US Deal of the Year wins at The Americas M&A Atlas Awards 2023

27 April 2023, Washington: DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, has received US Deal of the Year and Corporate Deal of the Year at the 2023 annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards.
DC Advisory won USA Deal of the Year for its work acting as exclusive financial advisor to Infosec on its sale to Cengage Group. In the USA Corporate Deal of the Year category, DC Advisory won for its work acting as exclusive financial advisor to Kratos Defense & Security Solutions on its acquisition of Composite Engineering, Inc.
