• Aytos is a leading Spanish company in the development and implementation of electronic management and administration solutions for local public administrations, with more than 30 years experience in the sector
• Aytos specialises in the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of software solutions for town and provincial councils, public entities and companies, with ~3,300 customers and a penetration rate of over 40% among the Spanish local public administrations 
• Aytos was acquired by Argos Soditic, a French Private Equity investor, and the Management Team in May 2013, from Sage plc
• DC Advisory was mandated as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Aytos to conduct the sale process
• DC Advisory ran a structured and cross-border process, exploring several alternatives in parallel and maintaining a strong competitive tension
• The acquisition of Aytos by Berger Levrault, leading software editor in France with activities in electronic solutions, consulting, education and reference books for the Public, Health and Private sectors and operating  in France, Canada, Belgium and Morocco, represents an important step in its international expansion in Spanish speaking countries
