Outcome
- In May 2025, The Smilist, a portfolio company of Zenyth Partners, acquired BrookBeam Dental. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed
- With the support of The Smilist, BrookBeam will continue to provide best-in-class general and specialty dentistry care to patients across the Hudson Valley and Capital regions of New York
- This transaction represents DC Advisory’s seventh dental transaction in the last two years and the 10th healthcare transaction completed by the U.S. Healthcare team over the last 12 months
