DC Advisory acted as the exclusive financial advisor to its client, Electronic Tenant Solutions (“ETS”), on its sale to an undisclosed strategic buyer.

ETS is a leading SaaS solution for property management and tenant engagement to the commercial real estate market. It offers a comprehensive platform to manage all aspects of building operations and maintenance, communication with tenants and certificates of insurance. ETS is deployed in virtually all marquee skylines in the United States, including: the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center in New York; Gas Company Tower in Los Angeles; and the John Hancock Tower in Chicago.

This transaction highlights the firm’s commitment to its growing real estate tech practice.
