- Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc (MISI) is a joint venture between two Japanese listed Trading Houses: Marubeni Corporation (€27B market cap) and Itochu Corporation (€57B market cap)
- MISI owns more than 100 companies, collectively generating annual sales over €24B
