- Against tightening financing conditions and the backdrop of the macro environment, DC Advisory's team successfully provided sell-side support including project management, coordination of diligence workstreams, financial analysis, marketing materials and advice on all strategic aspects of the transaction
- DC Advisory worked closely with the shareholder and management team to orchestrate a tailored sell-side process
Outcome
- Early 2023, Unigestion agreed to acquire Springer Nature’s Professional Transport Unit and the transaction closed in June 2023
- Following the successful closing of the transaction, the business activities have all been bundled in the newly created TecVia Group
- Unigestion will support TecVia as financial and strategic partner in its international growth ambitions both organically and through potential complimentary acquisitions
