Outcome

• In December 2025, Forefront Dermatology, a portfolio company of Partners Group, completed a partnership recapitalization of HealthySkin Dermatology. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
• HealthySkin will join the national dermatology platform of Forefront Dermatology and continue providing top-tier medical, surgical, and cosmetic skin care services across the greater Tucson region
• This transaction represents the ninth provider services transaction completed by DC Advisory's US Healthcare team over the past 24 months
