DC Advisory* acted as exclusive financial advisor to Automatic Bar Controls, Inc. (“Wunder-Bar”), a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors, in its sale to The Middleby Corporation (“Middleby”), a global leader in the foodservice equipment industry. Wunder-Bar is the industry leading provider of innovative dispensing solutions for carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, flavored iced teas and other beverages.
