The Noordgastransport (NGT) system is a key gas and condensate pipeline in the Dutch North Sea, transporting 53% of Dutch North Sea gas production in 2015 Following Aberdeen Standard Investments’ successful acquisition of a 18% stake of the NGT Extension in September 2017 (NGT I), in November 2017, Infravia commenced the sale process of their 20% stake in NGT B.V. (NGT II) Having advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on their successful acquisition of NGT I, DC Advisory (DC) was mandated to provide financial advice (M&A and Debt) on the acquisition of the 20% interest in NGT B.V. Following an intensive six week process, Aberdeen Standard Investments entered into exclusive negotiations with InfraVia The transaction signed in December 2017, and following competition approval from the European commission, funded in May 2018
