DC Advisory advised Adaptivity on the sale of assets to EMC

DC Advisory* is pleased to announce that certain assets of our client Adaptivity, a leading provider of software solutions that automate and accelerate enterprise IT migration to the Cloud, have been acquired by EMC, the global leader in storage solutions and IT as a service (ITaaS).

Adaptivity is backed by Noro-Moseley Partners, Intersouth Partners and Intel Capital. Terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
