DC Advisory advised BC Technical and MSouth Equity Partners on its sale to Alpha Source

On November 17, 2017, BC Technical, Inc. (“BC Technical”), a leading independent service organization that provides outsourced maintenance services on diagnostic imaging systems, was acquired by Alpha Source, Inc. (“Alpha Source”), a leading provider of solutions in imaging equipment parts and services to healthcare customers around the world.

The acquisition enhances the offering of Alpha Source, a portfolio company of Baird Capital, by expanding the company’s diagnostic imaging parts and services capabilities to a range of new modalities. BC Technical, prior to this transaction, was a portfolio company of MSouth Equity Partners, LLC (“MSouth”). DC Advisory* acted as exclusive financial advisor to MSouth and BC Technical.
