DC Advisory advised Bureau Veritas North America on the sale of its Health, Safety and Environmental Consulting Business to Apex Companies

DC Advisory US acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. (Bureau Veritas) on the sale of its North American Health, Safety and Environmental consulting business (HSE) to Apex Companies, a full-service water resources, environmental services, and industrial hygiene firm, backed by Sentinel Capital Partners.

HSE provides comprehensive risk-mitigation services, including industrial hygiene, environmental and safety services, to Fortune 1000 customers. Its services address regulatory compliance, performance improvement and worker safety. Bureau Veritas is a world leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services.

The DC Advisory team did an excellent job of working with us to divest our North American HSE consulting business. Their experience in managing the complexities of carve out transactions, and the myriad issues involved, was key to the success of this process.
