Process

• DC Advisory (DC) was engaged by BV Tech to provide buy-side M&A advice, together with KPMG, in relation to the acquisition of Arturai
• DC provided comprehensive advice to BV Tech throughout the process, including process strategy and tactics, support in negotiations, and advice on transaction documentation

Outcome

• Following a competitive auction, where BV Tech emerged as the preferred bidder, the transaction closed on February 9, 2023
• The transaction further demonstrates DC’s strong capabilities in the Technology & Software sector
