DC Advisory advised Caja de Burgos and FIMAR on the disposal of their stakes in Industrias Derivadas del Aluminio, S.L. (INDAL)

DC Advisory has advised the Spanish savings bank Caja de Ahorros Municipal de Burgos and the French private investor FIMAR on the disposal of their stakes of 13.70% and 5.21%, respectively, in Industrias Derivadas del Aluminio, S.L. (INDAL).

DC Advisory acted as Caja de Burgos’ and FIMAR’s sole external advisor in the transaction, assisting both in the sale process.

Both stakes were acquired by Indal Corporación de Negocios, S.L., which was the major shareholder of the company.

Through this transaction, Indal Corporación de Negocios achieves a controlling stake of 72.22%.
