DC Advisory advised CD&R on its sale to Harsco Corp

DC Advisory* acted as financial advisor to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) in its acquisition of Harsco’s Infrastructure division into a joint venture with Harsco Corporation.

The Infrastructure division was combined with Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc., which CD&R simultaneously acquired. The combined company, named Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, will be a leading, single-source provider of specialized industrial services to the global energy, industrial and infrastructure markets.
