DC Advisory (“DC”) was engaged by Cinven in July 2015 to advise on the sale of the business

DC ran a tailored process, jointly from its London and Manchester offices, leveraging its sector expertise and senior relationships across international trade and selected private equity bidders in order to identify a new long term partner for the business

Following a highly competitive process with engagement from strategic and financial buyers, EnServe was successfully sold to Rubicon Partners and Grovepoint Capital

The investment enables EnServe to accelerate its strong momentum and enter the next stage of growth

The deal successfully completed in January 2016; the terms were undisclosed
