DC Advisory advised Coastal on its sale to The Arlon Group

DC Advisory* served as exclusive financial advisor to MSouth Equity Partners and its portfolio company The Coastal Companies in its sale to Arlon Group. Coastal is the leading value-added processor and supplier of fresh produce and dairy products in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a focus on the Baltimore / Washington D.C. corridor.

The Company has three integrated operating units located in its 176,000 square foot facility in Savage, Maryland:

(i) Coastal Sunbelt Produce, the largest foodservice supplier in its region;

(ii) East Coast Fresh, a processor of fresh cut products for retailers along the entire East Coast; and

(iii) Cold Chain, a freight forwarding and direct importing business.
