DC Advisory advised Colyar Technology Solutions on its sale to Gold Star Foods

DC Advisory* is pleased to announce that its client, Colyar Technology Solutions (Colyar), a portfolio company of Shore Points Capital, has been acquired by Gold Star Foods.

Colyar is the nation’s leading provider of software that facilitates the management of the United States Department of Agriculture’s Child Nutrition Programs and Food Distribution Programs. Colyar software is in use by over half of the country and the state agencies process over $9 billion in claim reimbursement requests annually. DC US previously advised Shore Points Capital on the acquisition of its portfolio company Loftware by Riverside Partners.
