DC Advisory advised Daio Paper Corporation on its acquisition of Miura Printing Corporation

DC Advisory (DC), led by Shinya Nakamura and Takuji Katagiri, acted as the tender offer agent to Daio Paper Corporation, Japan’s leading paper products manufacturer, on its acquisition of Miura Printing Corporation, a commercial printing company specialising in offset printing.

The transaction is expected to add more high-value products to Daio Paper’s portfolio and bolsters DC’s strong credentials in the paper and printing space.
