DC Advisory advised Decorist on its sale to Bed Bath & Beyond

DC US is pleased to announce that its client Decorist has been acquired by Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY).

Decorist’s online platform enables users to directly connect with a community of more than 400 vetted, top-tier designers to collaboratively work through the design process, all on a virtual technology platform that generates high-quality renderings. The personal design and visualization technology drives increased e-commerce conversion and spend as it seamlessly facilitates the purchase of home furnishing products as a one-stop shop across the inventory of over 150 retail partners.

We look forward to supporting Decorist in their efforts to continue building brand awareness of their online business, increasing their revenue opportunities, and developing their technology to further their leadership in the online interior design space.
