Boston, MA, March 12, 2008 – Public Consulting Group (PCG) today announced it has acquired Eclipse Solutions, an information technology (IT) consulting firm focused on the public sector. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1996 and based in Sacramento, CA, Eclipse specializes in helping state and local governments manage their IT resources, including project management, project oversight, technology architecture, management consulting, and infrastructure support services.
