DC Advisory advised Ensono and Charlesbank Capital Partners on the acquisition of Attenda

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Staines, UK, Attenda is a leading UK-based pure play provider of critical applications and hybrid IT managed services.

Darwin Private Equity invested in Attenda in August 2011 and after a successful hold period, were looking for an exit.

After a successful holding period, Darwin Private Equity launched a competitive auction process in Spring 2016.

DC Advisory (DC) was engaged by Charlesbank and Ensono to provide strategic advice on the acquisition of Attenda, given the DC team’s detailed knowledge of both the cloud and application hosting sector and of Attenda.

After entering a short period of exclusivity, Ensono completed its acquisition of Attenda on 13 September 2016.

The addition of Attenda to the Ensono family extends the company’s reach to support its clients’ global operations, and strengthens its offerings across public cloud, dedicated infrastructure and mainframe to meet the demands of its growing global client base.
