DC Advisory advised Finatem on the sale of TechnoPhysik Group to Leonhard Moll AG

TechnoPhysik Group is a world-leading system supplier of high-quality thermal insulation and fire protection products for industrial applications, shipbuilding and the construction industry.

TechnoPhysik, founded in 1989, was acquired by Finatem in 2010 and has since then grown to become the world’s leading supplier of thermal insulation and fire protection products based on vermiculite, an ecologically harmless, fibre free and non-combustible natural mineral with superior temperature stability.

The Group consists of three companies: Techno-Physik Engineering (headquarter, Essen), Mineralka (production facilities in Slovenia und Austria), as well as Hoffmann Wärmedämmtechnik (press-moulded parts, Werdohl, acquired in 2012).
