DC Advisory advised Fintellix on its sale to Verisk Analytics, Inc.

DC Advisory India is pleased to announce that its client Fintellix, a Bangalore-based data software company specializing in regulatory reporting solutions and data management platforms for financial institutions, has been acquired by Verisk Analytics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRSK), a leading data analytics provider. Fintellix will be part of Argus, a Verisk Analytics business.

This is the second transaction that DC Advisory India has conducted on behalf of Fintellix (previously known as iCreate Software).

The solutions offered by Fintellix enable financial institutions to leverage their current investments in core operating systems and infrastructure in a robust, agile, and scaled manner. The entire Fintellix team is excited about becoming part of the Verisk family.
