DC Advisory advised Gannett on the sale of Gannet Healthcare to OnCourse Learning

McLEAN, VA – Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) today announced it has sold Gannett Healthcare Group (GHG) to OnCourse Learning, an online education and training provider. GHG is a leading provider of continuing education, certification test preparation, online recruitment, digital media, publications and related services for nurses and other healthcare professionals in the United States. The sale price was not disclosed.
