DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor (M&A and Debt Advisory) to HQ Equita on the acquisition of r2p GmbH and Open Access Pty Ltd to build a leading player in the fast growing market for intelligent digital public transport solutions.

HQ Equita will combine and integrate r2p and Open Access into one group to realise the untapped cross-selling potential arising from complementary product portfolios, applications and geographies, while acting as active industry consolidator.
