DC Advisory advised Image Process Design (IPD) on its investment from Renovus Capital Partners

DC Advisory* is pleased to announce that its client Image Process Design, LLC (IPD) has received a majority investment from Renovus Capital Partners.

IPD is a software company providing enterprise content management solutions to healthcare, insurance, and financial companies under its Ultera® brand. With the acquisition, IPD will make additional investments in R&D and sales and marketing and partner with Prime Technology Group, a Renovus portfolio company.
