DC Advisory advised Implementation Specialist (ISH) on its sale to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

DC US is pleased to announce that it served as financial advisor to Implementation Specialists for Healthcare, Inc. (ISH) in connection with its sale to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). The transaction closed on June 14, 2011. ISH was a portfolio company of Summit Partners, a growth equity investment firm.
