DC Advisory advised Inflexion on the acquisition of a stake in K2 Partnering Solutions

K2 Partnering Solutions (K2) is a leading global resourcing specialist, supplying outsourced IT consultants to multinational corporations.

DC Advisory (DC) was engaged by Inflexion towards the end of 2016 to provide M&A advice.

DC provided sector expertise, insight into K2, strategic advice and transaction support to Inflexion throughout the process.

On 14 March 2017 Inflexion announced its investment in K2.

Following the investment, the company will continue to be led by its existing senior management team of Antonio Gulino, (CEO), and Rudolph Botha, (CFO).

With the support of Inflexion, the company will focus on expanding its international sales team, further broadening its geographic reach and continue diversifying into emerging technology segments.
